Request for technology development plan

OPEN LETTER
Dear Mr Benn,
As no mention of any meaningful binding targets was to be found in the final text that emerged from the UN Bali conference, the world yet again seems to follow the US strategy, which in particular focuses on developing new technologies to help bring CO2 emissions under control.
Please would I be able to request a copy of the UK Government’s plan that outlines how new technologies will be developed and deployed in sufficient capacity in time for the UK to meet its 2050 CO2 emissions target and help avert irreversible climate damage.
