Just a brief note to congratulate you on becoming the 44th President of the United States.

 

The world needs strong leadership from America; none more so than on global warming and climate change, which are endangering humanity on a scale never seen before.

 

Will you Mr. President, in Copenhagen in just over 300 days, provide the leadership needed to reach a global deal on tackling climate change? We hope your answer is ’yes’ because the world can’t wait another decade for the world’s richest nation to become part of the solution.
